When I was at the travel show this weekend personnel from the Los Angeles Passport Agency had a booth. On their counter was a flyer that said March 9, 2013 was Passport Day. I had never heard of Passport Day so I inquired what this meant.
Passport Day is an annual event during which all Passport Agencies across the United States are open on a Saturday, with no appointment necessary. This is done only one Saturday out of the entire year. Do you hate the thought of having to take time off work to get a passport, possibly even losing money by not working? If so, mark March 9, 2013 from 9AM to 3PM on your calendar.
